Beginning October 1, 2003, the BASIC Center will no longer print unofficial transcripts for any student who attended St. Thomas University after January 1, 1983.

You may print unofficial transcripts from (1) FACTS or via (2) WebAdvisor.

St. Thomas University unofficial transcripts can now be printed via the FACTS (Florida Academic Counseling and Tracking for Students) system. These transcripts are similar to those printed by the BASIC Center.

Click here to obtain a WebAdvisor  transcript.

After logging into WebAdvisor click Current Students, then click Transcript. If you want to print your transcript click “File” (at the top left of your screen) and then click “Print”.

In order to use either WebAdvisor or FACTS you must know your User Name (lower case first name initial followed by your seven digit student ID number) and Password (PIN number). If you do not know your PIN number, click here to obtain a PIN request form. Print the PIN request form, fill it out, sign it and return the form to the BASIC Center (in person, by US mail, or by FAX – 305-474-6930).

  1. Transcripts printed from WebAdvisor list all courses with grades, cumulative GPA and total number of credits. These transcripts do not list your degrees.

  2. Transcripts printed via FACTS contain all information contained in the WebAdvisor transcript as well as your name, social security number, and all posted degrees, certificates and honors.
