What We Do

St. Thomas University sits on approximately 140 acres of land. More than 40 acres are unspoiled and contain a large number of South Florida pines, live oaks, and a wide variety of native plants. We maintain over 350,000 square feet of building space, 18 structures (and expanding), and 96 acres of land that include 15 acres of athletic facilities.

    • Set up the buildings & grounds for special events
    • Providing support for all other departments within the University
    • Coordinating the work of the operation and maintenance staff with all other departments of the University
    • Coordinate and supervise the work of outside contractors for maintenance repair work, renovations, and new construction.
