Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is a governing and policy setting board comprised of 35 members. Each board member is required to give a gift to the annual campaign and a one time gift to the capital campaign. The board meets 4 times per fiscal year and each board member serves on a University standing committee. The Board of Trustees shall consist of not less than eleven members and not more than 35 members, each serving two consecutive three year terms.
