St. Thomas University School of Law adheres to the highest principles of professionalism. All students are expected to avoid any behavior in, or out of, class that calls into question the integrity of the student. A Code of Academic Integrity outlines the rights and responsibilities of the St. Thomas law student. Inappropriate behavior can be investigated by and sanctioned by the Honor Council. Further, the school has an obligation to report to the Bar any matters that call into question the honesty or integrity of any Bar applicant. The Code of Academic Integrity can be found in the Student Handbook. Any questions regarding these issues should be brought to the attention of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
