COMPUTER-BASED TEST (CBT) APPLICATION FORM

Important Information for the Examinee 

• Each CLEP examination requires 90 minutes.
• You must show a picture ID (i.e., drivers license, passport) on the day of your exam.
• Please check with an academic advisor in your institution to ensure that the examination you plan to take will meet the specific curriculum requirement of your college/university. If you have taken a college course in this subject at STU or any other Institution. If have you will not receive any credits for this Clep test. Only an advisor can tell you whether you will receive credit for an exam based on your program requirements.
• Scores will be received within 4 to 6 weeks.
• English composition with Essay will be received within 6 to 8 weeks.
• The Academic Enhancement Center will contact examinee to confirm test date.

   

  Note: STU payments will be processed at the Business Office (Kennedy Building). CLEP (credit card) payments will be processed by the CLEP office.

• $65 per CLEP examination payable to CLEP by credit card (preferred method), check or money order. Do not combine fees for multiple tests even if you are taking them on the same day. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the examination.
• $30 service fee payable by check or money order to St. Thomas University. Must be included with application form prior to appointment. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of absence or cancellation.
