Direct Deposit for Financial Aid Refunds
If your financial-aid award exceeds tuition and fees, you may be eligible to receive a refund within 14 business days after your student account reflects a credit balance. All students are required to have a Direct Deposit form completed with St. Thomas University in order to receive their refund. If you have already received a refund deposited in your bank account, you may disregard this message. Now, if your bank account information has changed you need to submit a Direct Deposit Change Form with the new account information. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. **REQUIRED LOAN EXIT COUNSELING for ALL Students**
Federal Perkins Exit Loan Counseling
- ALL Students who are graduating, leave school, or drop below half-time and have received Federal PERKINS Loans are required to complete a Perkins Loan EXIT Counseling. Failure to complete this requirement may result in a hold being placed on your account for graduation or release of official transcripts.
Direct Stafford/GRAD PLUS Loan EXIT Counseling
- ALL Students who are graduating, leave school, or drop below half-time and have received federal student loans are required to participate in the Direct Stafford/GRAD PLUS Loan Exit Interview session. Failure to complete this requirement may result in a hold being placed on your account for graduation or release of official transcripts.
