The Student Ambassadors program is coordinated and sponsored by the Office of Admissions. The group consists of current STU students from various ethnic backgrounds and a variety of different disciplines representing the academic programs on campus.

Their primary purpose is to interact with prospective students in order to acquaint them with the University and help them develop an awareness of STU as a school that can meet their educational, cultural, and social needs.

The Student Ambassadors reach out and make connections by:

  • Hosting group visits and leading campus tours

  • Participating on student panels

  • Assisting the Office of Admissions with Open Houses, receptions, and workshops

Why become a Student Ambassador?

  • Enhance your professional resume

  • Share your college experience with others

  • Develop important skills for the workforce

  • Give back to your school
