God of infinite wisdom,
we thank you for the fifty years of life
St. Thomas University has had in Miami.
Rooted in the tradition of St. Augustine,
drawn across the waters of Biscayne Bay,
we have heard your call
to educate men and women
as ethical and faithful leaders.
You have led us
where we did not always plan to go,
bringing together in this place
the beautiful diversity of your creation.
Bless us, O God,
as we move into the next fifty years,
that we might be signs of hope to the world
as we strive to live in your Light.
We pray this through Christ Our Lord.
