- All officers shall be elected by a majority vote of members to be taken place the first week of April for the positions for the following academic year.
- Any officer position, other than the President, vacated before the election week in April will be filed by a member receiving the majority vote of all members in a general election.
- If the President position is vacated before the election week in April the position will be filed by the one of the Vice Presidents in a majority vote of all members. The Society will then conduct a general election to fill the Vice President position that is left vacated.
- An officer may only be impeached by a two-thirds vote of all members.
- All members must participate in at least one fund raising activity per semester to receive any benefits any privileges the Society has to offer.
