Plead the Fifth is the law school’s student newspaper published during the academic year. This student publication serves as a primary forum for the communication of everything from scholarly legal articles to law school events.
Statement of Purpose
The mission of the Chapter is to educate, inform and entertain students of St. Thomas about issues at school, in the community and society at large. PLEAD THE FIFTH strives to become a voice for the students at St. Thomas University School of Law, as well as non-students supporting the publication.
In striving to accomplish this mission, the Chapter shall design a program geared towards contributing to the betterment of the law school community by promoting the exchange of ideas and furthering communication between students, their elected representatives, the student organizations, the school administration, and the community at large.
