In order to obtain your PIN, do the following;
Visit the BASIC Center or fax your signed request to (305) 474-6930. If you are a Law Student the fax number is (305) 623-2344.

Please include the following information on your FAX.

Subject:  WebAdvisor/FACTS PIN request

Your Name
Your Student ID number.
Your Fax number
Please indicate if you have lost or forgotten your PIN or if you did not receive one.
