Please note, User Name and User ID are the same.

Begin by clicking on What's My User Name or ID from the Webadvisor Main Menu. You will be prompted with the following 3 fields;

Last Name - This is a required field. Enter your Last Name. Your Last Name has to match what is in the University's Database. Please ensure that the Registrars has your correct name.

SSN - Enter your Social Security number if applicable. Please ensure that the University Registrars has your correct SSN. If you do not have an SSN go to the next field.

Student ID number - Enter the 7 digit Id number assigned to you by the University. E.g. 0999999. If you do not know your Student ID number you must then enter your Social Security number in the SSN field.  If you don't know your student ID nor SSN please contact the Registrar.

Provided you entered the correct information, click on Submit. The system will return your WebAdvisor User Name. Your User Name is usually your First initial (the first letter of your First Name) and your 7 digit Student ID number together including leading zeros.  User Names are all lowercase.

For example; A student with the first name John and student ID number 0555599 will have a user name of j0555599.
