Students, faculty and staff from St. Thomas University are working in the development of each of these three projects. - Students' Blogs
ICEM developed a new course on Online Media and Blog Design, which was first taught in the summer 2008. The course culminated after six weeks of students’ hard work developing their own blogs based on their life passion. The students created blogs on environmental protection, food, child’s abuse, political issues, teenage pregnancy, self-realization and television production. Students learned how to produce audio and video podcasts and how to embed them on blogs and web sites using HTML code. The course was an excellent introduction and practice of the latest technologies and media use.
- The students from ICEM attend networking events and visit television and radio studios.
