Graduate programs

 

The Department of Education offers several degrees and one certificate at the master’s level. These programs are designed for teachers who wish to continue to develop the knowledge and skills to prepare their students for life in the 21st Century. The courses in these programs are offered in traditional and on-line formats.

At the graduate level, programs are offered in education, educational administration, special education. The Masters in Education offers specializations in Elementary Education, Earth/Space Science, Instructional Technology and Reading. The Masters in Special Education offers specializations in Gifted, ESOL, and Reading. In addition to these programs, there is a Post-Masters Certificate in Educational Administration.
