Research and Scholarly Activities

Dr. Plunkett is currently investigating the role chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans play in the prevention of regeneration in the mammalian spinal cord. He has also initiated a project to study SCI in a new model system that may reveal some cues to the genetic mechanisms behind regeneration.
