Interns will work closely with supervising staff attorneys and judges. Depending on student’s credentials, a law student may be placed with:

  • the District Court of Appeals for the State of Florida, or
  • Circuit Court judges in a variety of judicial circuits.

Prerequisites: The program is open to all law students who have completed at least one year of law school and are in good academic standing.
Course Credit: 4 or 12 credits (one semester)
Grading: This is a Pass/Fail clinic.
Faculty: Judge Chavies & Judge Michelle Towbin-Singer
