Our average financial aid package totals approximately $16,000 We provide additional scholarship funds up to $14,000, complements of the Archdiocese of Miami Work study students can work up to 20 hours per week if enrolled full time

At St. Thomas University , our goal is to make education accessible and affordable to you! We offer a comprehensive program of financial aid resources. When you apply, our Office of Financial Aid will work with you to help ensure that you receive the maximum aid for which you qualify. 

Most financial aid packages for St. Thomas University students consist of a combination of scholarships, grants, loans, and employment opportunities. At present, over 87 percent of our students receive some type of financial assistance in the form of:

• Scholarships, ranging from $3,000 to $14,000
• Federal grants
• State grants to Florida residents
• Loans from the federal government and other sources
• Work-Study awards providing on-campus employment
• Outside scholarships 

In addition, interest-free monthly payment plans are available.
