STM doctoral student invited to Princeton University summer workshop

The School of Theology and Ministry is proud to announce that doctoral student Claudia Herrera has been invited to attend the summer workshop sponsored by the Hispanic Theological Institute at Princeton University, from June 21 - 24, 2013 in Princeton, N.J. The Institute was established to create and nurture a community of Latina and Latino scholars. During the workshop, students network with colleagues and faculty to advance their research interests and practical skills in becoming leaders within Latino faith communities. After the workshop, Claudia will stay with STM MAPM alumna, Kathleen Gunn and then go off to Fordham University for a mentoring session with Dr. Elizabeth Johnson. The School of Theology and Ministry is one of the consortium of Universities supporting the Hispanic Summer Program designed for Master’s level students.
