Yearly Rate Schedule 2012-2013
A St. Thomas University housing contract is for the full academic year (Fall and Spring semesters). Students are billed at the beginning of the fall semester for one half of the contracted amount and the remaining amount is billed at the beginning of the spring semester based on the established rates for each room type and residence hall. Contract includes meal plan.
Villanova Hall and University Inn triples are reserved for Undergraduate first year students. All costs are billed to your university account. Housing fees may be paid through financial aid. All utilities are included (water, electricity, cable and internet).

Meal Plans
A meal plan is included in your housing contract. A meal plan is 19 meals per week and $200 in Bobcat Bucks per semester. Bobcat Bucks can be used in the STU Marketplace or Rathskellar dining establishments on campus. Meal plan option available to Graduate students only.
Scholarships available for Undergraduates Living On Campus!
New and Transfer Undergraduates are awarded a housing scholarship of up to $3000 per academic year based on incoming high school grade point average.

The placement of students living in the residence halls is structured to benefit the entire housing community. Students are encouraged to live with other students to help form community, but there are a few single rooms available upon request. Single rooms are limited to availability.

Summer Housing 2012
Summer housing will be available for all students and can be secured through the housing lottery being held on April 16th. All students must be enrolled in summer classes to be eligible for summer housing. Residents will check into their summer rooms as soon as the rooms become available. Summer housing is charged using a daily rate.
Residential Life will communicate with summer housing students on this transition. Summer housing will be available only at Villanova Hall; all other halls will be closed for scheduled maintenance.
