2014-2015 Room and Board Rates

A St. Thomas University housing contract is for the full academic year (fall and spring semesters - with the exception of winter break). Students are billed at the beginning of the fall semester for one half of the contracted amount.  The remaining amount is billed at the beginning of the spring semester based on the established rates for each room type and residence hall. The contract includes a meal plan. When computing the semester Room and Board charges, you must add the Room rate to the Board plan rate.

Meal Plans

Students who live in the residence halls must participate in one of our three meal plans.  We understand that students need flexible meal plans to accommodate their busy schedules, so we offer three meal plan options. These plans come with Bobcat Bucks, which are used in place of cash for those times when you may have to miss a scheduled meal. Bobcat Bucks can be used at The Rathskellar, C-Store , at the Concession Stand during games, or to pay for a guest to have lunch or dinner with you. Any unused Bobcat Bucks will roll over to the next semester. Any unused meals DO NOT roll over.

Meal plan option to choose from: 19 meals per week and $200 in Bobcat Bucks; 14 meals per week and $471 in Bobcat Bucks; and 10 meals per week and $847 in Bobcat Bucks.
