Tips for Successful Registration

  • Online registration is available for returning students who do not have a balance or a restriction. For web registration steps, please go to https://bobcat.stu.edu
  • Meet with your academic advisor to select your courses. Academic advisor’s signature is required for walk-in registration.
  • Undergraduate students registering for more than 6 credits per summer session must receive approval from their school Dean.
    • UG students registered for less than 6 credits will not qualify for any Federal loans (no other aid available for summer).
  • Graduate students registering for more than 9 credits require approval from their school Dean.
    • GR students registered for less than 3 credits will not qualify for any Federal loans.
  • Register before the term begins to avoid late registration fees.

Last day to withdraw with 100% refund for summer terms: 

A3, S1, & S3: May 21
S6:  July 2

Withdraw with "W" Grade Deadlines

S1: June 6
A3: June 27
S3: July 8
S6: July 18
