Move-in Day: Welcome Future Alumni


Help make check-in day a little easier and enjoyable for students and their families. Give back to your alma mater, reconnect with other Bobcats, welcome the newest members of the STU community and have tons of FUN! 

Volunteers can assist with: 
  • Unloading Cars
  • Moving Items into Rooms 
  • Giving Directions
  • Providing Refreshments

Volunteer Registration
Please email Yisel Cabrera, Alumni Director, at  ycabrera2@stu.edu  to sign up as a volunteer. Shifts are two hours long. 


Additional Volunteer Information

  • Volunteer Shifts: 12pm to 2pm and/or 2pm to 4pm
  • STU Alumni Association Refreshment Station: will be located in the quad near Donnellon Hall and the Glass House.
  • Parking: Next to Donnellon Hall (Lot 3) and next to Cascia Hall (Lot 4)
  • We ask that all volunteers arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their shift in order to receive instructions. St. Thomas University Alumni t-shirts and refreshments will be available for all volunteers.
