Minor in Psychology
The minor is psychology is designed to allow the student to choose classes that would enhance or contribute to their major field of study. For example, a criminal justice major might choose to take courses in the Clinical area of psychology while a biology major might choose to take courses in the Basic Research area. In addition, it also gives the student the opportunity to learn psychological concepts that they can apply in their everyday life.
Program Requirements (18 Credits)
PSY 201 Introduction to Psychology
Take one additional 200 level Psychology and four upper division Psychology courses
Five upper level courses excluding PSY 491, 495, 496, and 497.
