Hagai Gringarten (ABD in branding, MBA in marketing) is a Professor of Marketing at the School of Business. A graduate of University of Miami Graduate School of Business, he has been a faculty member at St. Thomas University since 2005. Along the way, he served as president of the American Marketing Association South Florida chapter, worked as Development Manager for Blockbuster , and founded and later sold a specialty coffee company.
Professor Gringarten has co-authored a bestselling book about coffee. He also pursued postgraduate studies at Harvard Graduate School of Business and the Kellogg School of management.
Current research interests include branding, international business and marketing. His teaching areas of interest include branding, consumer products, marketing management, small business management and retail management. He is a member of the American Marketing Association, and a few non-professional organizations. He has been a consultant to several organizations, primarily in the international business and marketing area. Professor Gringarten serves as a faculty advisor to the Investment Club and the Fashion and Diversity Club at St. Thomas University
Professor Gringarten is currently the Editor of the Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies.
