Online Master of International Business (MIB)
Earn a business master’s degree entirely online in just one year.
Our Master of International Business (MIB) delivers an intensive, practical, and globally focused degree program that can be completed in just 12 months.
It is designed for working professionals who want to be fully prepared and truly competitive for in-demand international leadership and management opportunities. Unlike an MBA, which emphasizes general management topics, our MIB focuses almost exclusively on international business issues, including global finance, international trade, and cross-cultural management. Students will also learn cross-cultural management skills gained through case studies and real-world experience.
Graduates of this program will have the next-level skills to advance in their current business or be ready for new job opportunities. It prepares candidates to pursue career advancement in managerial and operational roles in a wide variety of organizations, particularly multinational companies.
Specific positions include but aren’t limited to:
- Business Consultant
- Business Development Analyst
- Cultural Advisor
- International Trade Director
- International Marketing Manager
- Corporate CEO, COO
This 30-credit degree program consists of 10 eight-week online courses. It has three 16-week terms, with each term comprising two eight-week periods. Expected time to completion is 12 months.
Students will conclude their MIB degree with a single capstone course, BUS 775. Most remaining courses are offered consecutively as indicated: BUS 724 and MAN 510; BUS 794 and BUS 672; BUS 771 and ACC 508; and BUS 774 and ECO 671. FIN 772 will be taken as a single course.
