St. Thomas Law Review

Founded in 1987, the St. Thomas Law Review has had as its objective the advancement of legal education by publishing a superior quality legal and scholarly journal.  The St. Thomas Law Review seeks excellence in every aspect of its publication process.
 

The St. Thomas Law Review cordially invites you to participate in the Spring 2009 edition.  This edition has been specifically reserved for St. Thomas University School of Law alumni who were members of the St. Thomas Law Review in honor of the upcoming 20th Anniversary of the law school. 


The Review welcomes all scholarly articles that critically analyze any facet of the law.  All articles should conform roughly to a format of twenty (20) to forty (40) pages, with a minimum of one-hundred and fifty (150) footnotes.  Also, all citations should adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, 18th edition, published by the Harvard Press.  The Review requests that authors submit all articles by October 31st, 2008, for consideration in the Spring issue.  The Review is accepting all scholarly articles relating to any legal topics.  Topics include, inter alia:
