St. Thomas Law Review Forthcoming Issues
The St. Thomas Law Review is pleased to announce the topics of its upcoming Volume 19 to be published this Fall and Spring of 2007.
Volume 19.1
Issue 1 is dedicated to a discussion and analysis of the ERISA legislation and its broad implications on the heated issue of health care in America.
Volume 19.2
Issue 2 is dedicated to an analysis of the impacts that the attacks of 9/11 have had on the law in the five years that have passed since that terrible tragedy.
Volume 19.3
Issue 3 is a general issue dedicated to topics of social justice, in keeping with our Catholic heritage of giving a voice to the voiceless.
It is also possible we will print an additional issue pending our organization of a legal conference to discuss the pressing constitutional issues the Federal Government and the American people now must address in the face of terrorist threats (and counter-terrorism measures).
