St. Thomas University School of Law embraces diversity and welcomes students with disabilities as valuable members of our community. The law school makes every effort to accommodate any disability such that the disabled student is able to compete on a level playing field. Students with disabilities are required to provide appropriate documentation, substantiating any disability claim and recommendations by the evaluating physician of the accommodations that should be provided to remove obstacles to success. Students with disabilities are encouraged to provide this documentation as early as possible so that accommodations can be provided in a timely manner.

Any claims for accommodations should be provided to the office of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
