After receiving his J.D. from Harvard Law School, Professor Klein served in Venezuela under a State Department scholarship. He then practiced law in Venezuela before entering the field of publishing and editing textbooks. Professor Klein has written two books: “The Venezuelan Constitution” and a history of Venezuela for educators. On returning to the United States, he received two LL.M. degrees. His current interests are in the areas of human rights, international criminal law and the philosophy of law.
