Upon graduating from law school, Dana R. Kulvin served as the Directing Attorney of AIDS Legal Services, a pro bono program providing legal services to clients with HIV and AIDS in Santa Clara County, California. She then moved to the field of health law as an Editor for Brownstone Publishers, where she wrote about regulatory and compliance issues in the areas of ambulatory surgery, ophthalmology and emergency medicine. Ms. Kulvin has also worked as an ADA litigator with Fuller, Fuller and Associates, P.A in North Miami, FL. Currently, in addition to teaching at STU Law, she still works as a freelance health law writer.
