Linda Agnant

Linda Agnant is a partner in the construction law department at Casey Ciklin Lubitz Martens & O’Connell, and is Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law. Since earning her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami in 1987, Ms. Agnant has concentrated her practice in construction litigation, and has extensive arbitration and trial experience.

Ms. Agnant is also a Circuit Civil Mediator as certified by the Florida Supreme Court, and has extended her construction industry trial experience to include the many forms of alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Agnant is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, regularly lectures on issues of importance to the construction industry, and is licensed in all state and federal trial and appellate courts in Florida. 

Ms. Agnant has an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and is included in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.  She has been recognized by her peers as a Florida Super Lawyer, and included in the publication of The Best Lawyers in America.
