Mr. Raben worked for eight years with the Miami Public Defenders Office in the trial and appellate divisions before going into private practice in 1984. He has been a sole practitioner in Miami since 1987, and practices as both a trial and appellate lawyer. Mr. Raben has tried over 100 cases to verdict in the state and federal court systems and has briefed and argued over 100 state and federal court cases on appeals to the United States Supreme Court, the Florida Supreme Court, and the state and federal courts of appeal. His practice includes all manner of state and federal cases throughout Florida and the United States.
