St. Thomas Law’s Dean, Douglas Ray, Chairs National Labor Law Conference
Dean Douglas Ray served as co-chair for the 52nd Annual Course on Labor Law and Labor Arbitration held May 6-9 at the Center for American and International Law in Plano, Texas. This national labor law conference, which attracted attorneys from across the country, featured top law professors, outstanding lawyers from practice, NLRB officials, and a presentation by the General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board.
Dean Ray, a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators, made presentations on secondary boycotts, consumer picketing and handbilling, recognition picketing and the enforcement of collective bargaining agreements through labor arbitration. He has served as chair or co-chair of this conference for the past fifteen years.
