February 5, 2008, St. Thomas University School of Law presented the annual Alumni Awards to a capacity crowd at BNY Mellon in downtown Miami.

In recognizing the award winners, Alfredo Garcia, dean of the law school, said “each of these outstanding individuals epitomizes the core values of St. Thomas University School of Law: leadership, professionalism, ethics, and public service. We are proud today to recognize them for their outstanding contributions to the legal profession and the community.”
