Suicide and Violence Prevention

The only risk is not taking action

The Student Health Center is devoted to promoting a healthy and safe environment at STU. Helping to prevent suicide and violence is among our goals. The most effective way to prevent them is to know its warning signs, take them seriously and access the appropriate resources. If you or someone you know is suffering, call the Suicide Prevention hotline (1-800-273-TALK (8255) or 1-800-SUICIDE (784-2433) or ulifeline.org.
