Residents can submit a room change request after the first two weeks and before the last two weeks of each semester. Room changes are processed on the date of submission and based upon available bed spaces. Not all room changes will be approved. Requests will be kept on file for the current semester only. If the request is not granted in the semester it was submitted; a new request must be submitted for the next semester.
To be considered for a room change, residents must submit the Room Change Request Form (login required) online, and it will be sent to the Residential Life Office. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Approved room changes will be communicated to your STU email.
