STU Parents Program
Debut of Move-In Day 2013 Video

St. Thomas University Welcomes New Students and Parents at Move In Day 2013

On August 13th, the STU Parents Program collaborated with the Student Government Association, Residence Life, and the Alumni Program to help new students and parents move into their dorm rooms and to get familiar with the place that they will call home for the coming months at STU. The Parents Program also collaborated with Student Services to host a parents reception that was well attended.

Move-In Day was full of excitement, and some trepidation, for new students as they embarked on the next chapters of their lives. Move In Day volunteers from the STU Student Government Association welcomed parents and new students by giving a helping hand with the actual moving of items into the dorms.

Move-In Day is a program of the new STU Parents Program. The STU Parents Program welcomes parents and families of STU students by providing opportunities to stay informed about campus news and to interact with fellow STU parents, as well as opportunities to become a part of the STU community.
