Gilberto Pastoriza is a Member/Owner of the firm Weiss Serota Helfman Pastoriza Cole & Boniske, P.L. He specializes in zoning, land use, environmental and real estate matters. He also represents various public sector clients such as public housing authorities and educational institutions. Prior to his legal career, he was a real estate developer. He has also acted as special master in code enforcement hearings. Mr. Pastoriza has appeared in various Hispanic language radio and television programs on land development issues. He has taught various CLE seminars and has been a guest speaker at St. Thomas University School of Law on land use, zoning and subdivision issues. He is a member of the Florida Bar and Cuban American Bar Association.
