APPLICATION INFORMATION

  1. You must be accepted to St. Thomas University in order to submit an application for on-campus housing.
  2. You must read and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this application. Click here to read Terms and Conditions.
  3. You must submit your completed application with the $250 housing deposit.
PAYMENT INFORMATION

  1. A $250 housing deposit is required.
  2. Applications submitted without the housing deposit will not be accepted.
  3. To pay online with a credit card go to http://www.stu.edu/residencelife, click on-campus living, scroll down to the end of the page and 'click' pay online then 'click' pay by credit card. Select Room/Board when asked what the payment is for.
  4. If you are mailing a check, please make your check or money order payable to: St. Thomas University
  5. Include your Social Security Number on the check.

HOUSING AGREEMENT

I understand that this is a Housing Agreement for an on-campus housing space at St. Thomas University. I have read the Terms and Conditions of the Housing Agreement and agree to abide and be legally bound by these terms and conditions. I am aware that the Housing Agreement for the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. I understand that by submitting the Housing Agreement, it does not guarantee a specific unit, rate, complex or space assignment.
