The 2023 Florida Undergraduate Research Conference

Invitation for Graduate School Recruiters

The Florida Undergraduate Research Association and St. Thomas University invite your institution to participate in the graduate school fair that will take place at the 2023 Florida Undergraduate Research Conference (FURC) in Miami on Friday and Saturday, February 17th & 18th, 2023.

This annual event is one of the nation’s largest multi-disciplinary research conferences, and it is open to all undergraduate researchers in the state of Florida to present their research in a poster format.

Participating representatives will be eligible to set up a table along the perimeter of the event space during the event’s main poster sessions on Saturday, making interactions seamless between presenters and guests. Students will be able to peruse research posters and graduate recruitment information during three 75-minute sessions throughout the day (beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding at 4:15 p.m.).

Recruiter registration for FURC includes access to the reception on Friday evening and a 6-foot table for Saturday’s event, including lunch for two representatives.

Schools also may purchase advertising space in the FURC program. You do not have to attend the conference to advertise in the program.

Graduate Recruiters’ Participation fees:

Special Access registration $490.

Saturday only $390.

Refund deadline is February 9, 2023. After which no refunds will be issued.

In addition, to an extra table on Friday evening, these representatives also will receive priority for selecting their preferred tabling location on Saturday, February 18th.
