Direct Deposit for Financial Aid Refunds
Any funds applied to your student account in excess of your tuition, fees, and other direct costs will be refunded to you via Direct Deposit to your personal bank account within 14 business days after your student account reflects a credit balance. If you are requesting financial aid funds in excess of your anticipated costs, you will be required to complete a Direct Deposit Form at least 15 business days in advance of your anticipated refund date. To complete the Direct Deposit Form, please click here. You will need to provide the name of your financial institution, along with their routing number and your personal account number. Should your bank information change, you will need to submit updated Direct Deposit information to the University by submitting a Direct Deposit Change Form. **Required Loan Exit Counseling**
- Direct Stafford/GRAD PLUS Loan EXIT Counseling - ALL Students who are graduating, leave school, or drop below half-time and have received federal student loans are required to participate in the Direct Stafford/GRAD PLUS Loan Exit Interview session. Failure to complete this requirement may result in a hold being placed on your account for graduation or release of official transcripts.
- Federal Perkins Exit Loan Counseling - ALL Students who are graduating, leave school, or drop below half-time and have received Federal PERKINS Loans are required to complete a Perkins Loan EXIT Counseling. Failure to complete this requirement may result in a hold being placed on your account for graduation or release of official transcripts.
