St. Thomas Journal of Complex Litigation

The St. Thomas Journal of Complex Litigation focuses exclusively on topics of complex litigation. Our mission is to publish relevant and thought-provoking scholarship and serve as a leading resource for students, academics and legal professionals in the area of complex litigation.

Examples of complex litigation issues include: mass torts, class actions, multi-district litigation, numerous expert witnesses or attorneys, complicated damage determinations or substantive law, electronic discovery, and many other civil procedure issues.
