Angela Griffin is the Technical Services Librarian at St. Thomas University School of Law. She joined the law library in November 2015, after serving as Technical Services Librarian at the Public Library of Wilton Manors in Florida and Archival Supervisor for Louisville Metro Government in Kentucky. Angela received her M.L.I.S. in 2007 at the University of Pittsburgh, where she received a competitive reference internship at Hillman Library. She has worked in libraries, archives, and record centers since that time, focusing on collection description and organization in various information systems and formats. Currently, she is responsible for coordination of bibliographic control activities and administration of the law library integrated system.
Angela is certified in ITIL v3 Foundation for IT Service Management and participates in local and national library associations, including the Southeast Florida Library Information Network and the American Library Association. She has provided information literacy, records management, and technology seminars in academic, corporate, and government environments.
