I have spent a good part of my professional career outside of academia, primarily in business software development. My background is in Business, Computer Science and Economics, and I’m most interested in areas that have elements of each, particularly financial markets and technologies. For the last four or five years I have been researching cryptocurrency and blockchain-related technologies.
