Three + Three – B.A. + J.D. Program

The Three + Three Program offers students an opportunity to earn a combined Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor Degree. The Accelerated Law Program allows students to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree in six years instead of the traditional seven years.

We are proud to share that Judge Ed Artau, Adjunct Professor at the STU College of Law, has been nominated by President Trump to serve as a United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida.

This prestigious nomination is a reflection of Judge Artau’s exemplary legal career and unwavering dedication to public service. We are honored to count him among our faculty and are confident he will bring integrity and distinction to the federal bench.

Adjunct Professor Attilio M. Costabel has been invited to contribute to an upcoming publication by the Ibero-American Institute of Maritime Law (IIDM) on the laws of South America. The publication is scheduled for release in October 2025.

Professor Costabel teaches Admiralty,  International Business Transactions, and Yachting and Boating Law, and is also the Director of the Admiralty and Maritime Law Certificate Program at STU Law.

On Thursday, members of the STU Law community gathered at the Loews Hotel in Coral Gables for the Facts About Cuban Exiles (FACE) Oral History Project Luncheon, an event designed to honor and explore the compelling stories of prominent Cuban American leaders and their contributions to shaping the South Florida landscape.
