Program Highlight:
Three + Three – B.A. + J.D. Program

The Three + Three Program offers students an opportunity to earn a combined Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor Degree. The Accelerated Law Program allows students to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree in six years instead of the traditional seven years.

Congratulations to rising 3L Tanisha Major Castro, selected from among 20 applicants from Miami law schools as the recipient of this year’s Judge Marcia G. Cooke Public Interest Scholarship, in recognition of her proven commitment to public service. The $5,000 grant, awarded in Judge Cooke’s memory, is provided by the South Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA).

Tanisha will receive the award at the FBA chapter’s Annual Awards and Installation Dinner, held at the Mayfair Hotel in Coconut Grove on September 27.
