Last night, we were honored to host and sponsor the 6th Annual Florida Jurist: Recognizing Hispanic Excellence, a celebration of leadership, service, and the outstanding contributions of Hispanic judges across Florida. We welcomed judges, attorneys, and members of the legal community from across the state for an inspiring evening celebrating excellence, heritage, and the enduring impact of Hispanic leaders in the judiciary.
The event was presented by the Broward County Bar Association, the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida, the Cuban American Bar Association, and Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association.

Today, we welcomed alumnus Rick Mayersohn (‘10), and his son Daniel Mayersohn to meet with Dean Tarlika Nuñez-Navarro. Daniel hopes to join us next fall with dreams of becoming a Criminal Defense attorney.

Professor Youkyung Huh recently participated and presented at the 2025 Global Privacy Assembly (GPA) in Seoul, South Korea. This annual GPA meeting convenes leading academics, legal experts, international organizations, and global industry leaders to engage in comprehensive discussions on the evolving challenges in privacy law.
Additionally, she actively participated in numerous sessions at the ABA Business Law Fall Meeting in Toronto, Canada. The conference explored cutting-edge trends and innovations that are reshaping every facet of business law.
