Itai Fiegenbaum
Itai Fiegenbaum is an Assistant Professor at St. Thomas University College of Law, where he teaches Business Entities and related commercial law courses. Itai holds Ph.D and LL.B degrees from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M degree from Columbia University in New York. Prior to joining St. Thomas, Itai was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Willamette University College of Law and a Fellow at the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance.
Itai’s research, which can be found here, focuses on the regulation business entities and the relative efficacy of shareholder litigation.
