With more than 24 developers participating, the enthusiasm surrounding this opportunity reflects the incredible momentum of our university and the potential of one of the largest remaining undeveloped parcels along the Palmetto Expressway.
As we continue to grow and innovate, we are excited to explore new possibilities that will enhance the student experience, strengthen our campus, and create lasting benefits for the Miami Gardens community.
