The STU Transactional Law Team bridges the gap between legal education and transactional practice. Through drafting, negotiation, and competitive simulations, students develop the skills, judgment, and practical experience essential to modern transactional practice. Our mission is to help develop the next generation of transaction-ready attorneys.

Students have competed in competitions such as the Canes Contract Challenge and Content Counselors at the University of Miami, the Taft Transactional Law Invitational at Wayne State University, the Colonial Cup at William & Mary, the Health Law Transactional Competition at Loyola University, and the Name, Image, and Likeness Competition hosted by Syracuse University.
