Francoise J. Blanco is Assistant Professor to the Tax Clinic assisting low-income taxpayers with compliance and controversy matters against the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”). He is also the Assistant Director of Student Affairs assisting students throughout their law school journey. Previously, Mr. Blanco advised high net worth individuals and multinational families in the areas of international compliance and tax planning. He advised clients in the creation, operation, and liquidation of their businesses. Mr. Blanco also provided estate planning solutions to families in Europe, Central and South America. Mr. Blanco represented clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service and Florida Department of Revenue with personal and business tax controversies.
